BPJS Registration

Full compliance with Indonesia's mandatory national social security programs is legally required for all companies—large or small, local or foreign—operating within the republic. The BPJS system is divided into two core branches: 1. BPJS Kesehatan (Healthcare): Covers medical care, hospitalization, and outpatient treatments. (Premium is 5% of monthly salary—4% paid by employer, 1% by employee). 2. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Employment Security): Covers workplace injury, life insurance, retirement/pension savings, and severance security. Compliance Requirements: All employees, including expatriate workers holding a KITAS/KITAP for longer than 6 months, must be registered in the system. Our service unburdens your HR department. We manage entity registration, calculate the mandatory deductions, set up the monthly reporting portal (SIPP Online), and ensure continuous adherence to national labor standards.
