Working Visa (KITAS)

Navigating the Indonesian work visa process requires precision and strict compliance with the Ministry of Manpower (Kemenaker) and the Directorate General of Immigration. The Working KITAS (Index 312) is the standard work permit for foreign nationals employed by an Indonesian entity (PT or PT PMA). It is typically valid for 6 to 12 months and is renewable. Key Requirements: • A sponsoring company in Indonesia with sufficient paid-up capital. • University degree relevant to the job position. • Minimum 5 years of related work experience. • Comprehensive health insurance covering your stay in Indonesia. The Process: 1. RPTKA Approval: The sponsor submits the Foreign Worker Utilization Plan to the Ministry of Manpower. 2. Notification (IMTA): Approval to hire the specific foreign worker. 3. DPKK Fund: Payment of the mandatory government skills development fund ($100/month). 4. E-Visa Issuance: The immigration office issues the electronic visa. 5. Arrival & Biometrics: Upon entering Indonesia, you complete biometric registration to receive the physical or electronic KITAS. Our team handles the end-to-end processing, minimizing bureaucratic delays so your business operations proceed uninterrupted.
